this question is a very good one. of course the basic anatomic and physiological details of this condition in children is paramount but i seek the team's oppinion on my case. im living in a remote area where only access by boat, which takes 3 days to arrive the capital

well this is to continue on what i have said before..what would be the best management for my case. i want to add that we dont have helicopters which make things pretty hard when it comes to this kind of ccases.
